Leadership development - developing leadership 4.0 sustainably through training and feedback
In the new world of work 4.0, managers must integrate new technologies into their work, create attractive working conditions (e.g. home office) and, finally, lead their employees in a way that promotes their development. With the "Leadership 4.0" approach, the chair team has therefore designed a new leadership approach that responds to these challenges. In order to support managers in developing their "Leadership 4.0" skills, a development program was designed and tested in practice. In addition to a 180° feedback report to analyze strengths and weaknesses, this also includes a one-day training course as a core element. Here, managers practise the "Leadership 4.0" skills and receive feedback on them. The 180° feedback is repeated a few weeks after the training to promote sustainable development.
