A wide range of practice-oriented research projects are implemented at the Chair of Human Resource Development and Change Management.

One research focus is personnel management and related to this the development of questionnaires, with which different leadership styles or leadership in current digitalization can be analyzed.

At the Chair's laboratory, leadership processes can be studied at physiological level (brain waves, heart rate, muscle tension). Students are invited to experience this during our Assessment Center.

Changes in companies and the effects of critical life events (e.g. the Covid-19 pandemic) on professional life are also part of our research focus.
